Amy Harris built PHYX in Grandville, MI to help people transform their bodies without having to cut corners or employ short-term fixes to their long-term struggles with eating and working out.
Amy says,“ I want to change the community’s view on health and fitness. I want to educate people on why haphazard training programs, self-critical mindsets, and cookie-cutter advice won’t help them reach their goals.”
At its core, PHYX utilizes group classes, semi-private training, one-on-one personal training, and nutrition coaching to help you build your best self. However, none of that is achievable without the right perspective, which is why PHYX also offers mindset and lifestyle coaching.
