For the client who desires total customization, our One to One fitness program provides the most efficient workout and flexibility. In the One to One program you will participate in 2-4 sessions a week that are scheduled with a trainer at your convenience.

Are you on the road frequently for work? Or does your schedule prevent you from getting to the gym during group training hours? I (Amy Harris) can design a custom fitness program for you to take with you on the go using an app called Trainerize! Your virtual fitness module is created specifically for you based on your goals and desired results to be done or at a local gym. Each workout has video demonstrations, descriptions, and can be tracked for accountability.
